Colburn & Guyette welcomes Kevin Sullivan, who joins the C&G team as Senior Associate. Kevin has an extensive background in the building industry with a definite concentration in foodservice, having spent the last 9 years with Boston Showcase as Project Manager and Foodservice Field Coordinator. We welcome Kevin aboard and look forward to his contribution.

C&G also says farewell to Ed Arons, as he pursues a career outside the foodservice industry in Florida, where he and his family will be relocating. Ed has been part of the C&G team for the past 10 years as Senior Associate, and has made many valuable contributions during his career in foodservice. We wish Ed continued success in his new venture.


LOCAL CHAPTER OF FOODSERVICE CONSULTANTS SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL (FCSI) DONATES MORE THAN $9,250 TO HELP FEED THE HUNGRY. At a recent gathering, the New England Chapter of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) raised more than $9,250 for The Greater Boston Food Bank.

“We are honored to be a part of the foodservice industry and, as a part of that industry, to be able to give back to others in need this holiday season,” says Todd Guyette, Chairman of the local FCSI group and Principal owner of Colburn & Guyette Consulting based out of Marshfield, MA

In order to be able to make this contribution, the following companies sponsored the event, which was held at the Marriott Long Wharf and attended by more than 50 industry people from around the New England area. Ed AronsSITE VISIT: Ed Arons, Senior Associate, recently traveled to Bermuda for a site visit of the current Harry's Restaurant & Bar project. Harry's is part of a multi-use project on the waterfront in Hamilton. It combines retail, office and condo space under one roof. While on island, Ed also visited Miles Market, a past project of Colburn & Guyette. Miles Market is an upscale market in Hamilton, which includes a HMR take out / catering function and coffee kiosk within the market. Click here for full size photos.

FCSI is an AIA Cornerstone Partner and a recent Education Provider whose goal is to establish a stronger relationship with AIA and explore what additional value FCSI can bring to AIA members
