It is our pleasure to announce Todd Guyette's appointment to the National FCSI Educational Foundation Board of Directors. The Foodservice Consultants Society International's (FCSI) Educational Foundation was established to help further education and professional development in the foodservice consulting profession. The Foundation provides scholarships, internships, mentorships and student attendance at FCSI Conferences.
Todd Guyette, FCSI and Kevin Sullivan were guests recently at Boston University's School of Hospitality Management. Todd and Kevin discussed the foodservice design industry with students and followed with a Q&A session where they could ask specific questions regarding class projects.
C&G completes new foodservice facility for ESPN and begins programming for renovation of their existing main campus dining.
Todd Guyette, Principal at C&G, recently served as one of the panel members at the NACAS National Conference in Orlando. The panel topic titled "Sharpen Your Ax" was a panel-led discussion on synergistically achieving financial and functional student union expansion success.
