R. Todd Guyette, FCSI
Principal

As Principal in charge, Todd directs the overall design efforts of the firm and establishes the firm’s business practices and standards. He is directly involved with the programming and conceptual design effort for each project and has an active role in all in-house coordination as well as coordination with the design team on all projects. He participates in project review meetings with support staff on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on the needs of each project. Todd is actively involved with the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) as the local chapter chairman and sits on the Board of Trustees for the North American Division. He has over 21 years of diversified experience in foodservice facilities consulting and is highly respected throughout the industry.

Kevin Sullivan,
Senior Associate

As Senior Associate, Kevin oversees the overall production and coordination efforts of the firm and establishes all project and production standards. He is responsible for supervising the efforts of all project staff and reports directly to the Principal. Kevin has an extensive background in the building industry with a definite concentration in foodservice. This unique background is consistent with our firm’s goal of balancing the architectural and design aesthetic with foodservice and operational functionality on every project.
